Kanso プライバシーポリシー
第1条（はじめに）
Yutaro Kawahara（以下「開発者」）は、iOSアプリケーション「Kanso」（以下「本アプリ」）において、ユーザーのプライバシーを最大限に尊重します。本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、本アプリがどのような情報を収集・利用・保管・共有するかを説明するものです。
本アプリをダウンロード・インストール・使用することにより、ユーザーは本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
第2条（収集する情報）
2-1. ユーザーが入力するデータ
本アプリは、ユーザーが直接入力した以下のデータを収集・保存します。

開発者はこれらのデータに直接アクセスしません。 これらのデータはすべてユーザーの端末またはユーザー自身のiCloudアカウントにのみ保存されます。
2-2. アプリ設定データ
本アプリはアプリの動作に必要な以下の設定情報を端末のUserDefaultsに保存します。
- デイリーリセット時刻・作業時間帯の設定
- 表示テーマ（石庭・盆栽・桜）
- 週の開始曜日設定
- 表示言語設定
これらの設定情報は端末内にのみ保存され、開発者が収集することはありません。
2-3. 開発者が収集する情報
本アプリは、クラッシュレポートツール・広告SDK・アクセス解析ツール等のサードパーティSDKを一切組み込んでいません。開発者がユーザーの行動データや個人情報を収集することはありません。
第3条（取得するシステム権限）
本アプリは以下の権限をユーザーに要求します。各権限は該当機能を初めて使用するタイミングで確認ダイアログが表示され、許可・拒否をユーザー自身が選択できます。
3-1. マイク（必要に応じて）
- 用途：Mind Dumpへの音声入力
- 取得するデータ：音声録音データ
- 保存先・処理：録音はAppleの音声認識サービス（SFSpeechRecognizer）でリアルタイムにテキストへ変換されます。変換後のテキストのみが端末内に保存されます
- 拒否した場合：テキスト入力のみ利用可能。アプリの他の機能は引き続き利用できます
3-2. 音声認識（必要に応じて）
- 用途：マイクで収録した音声をテキストに変換する
- 取得するデータ：録音した音声データ
- 処理：AppleのSFSpeechRecognizerがAppleのサーバーを通じて音声認識処理を行う場合があります。Appleによる音声データの取り扱いはAppleのプライバシーポリシーに準じます
- 拒否した場合：音声入力機能が利用不可。テキスト入力は引き続き利用できます
3-3. カレンダー フルアクセス（必要に応じて）
- 用途：MIT（最重要タスク）を集中時間として端末のカレンダーアプリに登録する
- 取得するデータ：空き時間の検索に必要なカレンダーの閲覧、およびイベントの書き込み
- 保存先：端末のカレンダーアプリ（iCloud・Google等、ユーザーが設定しているカレンダーサービス）
- 開発者への送信：なし
- 拒否した場合：カレンダー連携機能が利用不可。他の機能は引き続き利用できます
3-4. 通知（必要に応じて）
- 用途：委譲タスクのフォローアップリマインダー等のローカル通知
- 送信されるデータ：通知は端末内でのみ生成されるローカル通知です。開発者のサーバーには送信されません
- 拒否した場合：リマインダー通知が届かなくなります。他の機能は引き続き利用できます
第4条（iCloud同期とデータの保管場所）
4-1. iCloud同期について
本アプリはAppleのCloudKit（SwiftData）を使用して、同じApple IDでサインインしている端末間でデータを同期します。

4-2. ローカル保存
iCloud同期を使用しない場合、すべてのデータはユーザーの端末内（App Groupコンテナ）にのみ保存されます。
4-3. Appleのプライバシーポリシー
iCloudを通じて保管されるデータはAppleのプライバシーポリシーの対象となります。詳細はAppleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
第5条（情報の利用目的）
本アプリが収集するデータは、以下の目的にのみ使用されます。
- アプリ内の機能を提供するため（タスク管理、タイマー、ジャーナル等）
- 端末間でのデータ同期のため（iCloud経由）
- ウィジェットへのデータ表示のため（App Group経由）
マーケティング・広告・第三者への販売目的でデータを使用することはありません。
第6条（情報の第三者提供）
開発者はユーザーの個人情報を第三者に販売・貸与・共有しません。ただし、以下の場合はAppleとのデータ連携が発生します。

上記の連携はすべてAppleのプライバシーポリシーに準拠します。開発者はこれらの処理に際してユーザーデータへのアクセス権を持ちません。
第7条（課金情報）
Proプランの購入・管理はApple App Storeを通じて行われます。クレジットカード番号等の支払い情報はAppleが管理しており、開発者には一切共有されません。
第8条（データの保持と削除）

ユーザーはアプリ内でデータを手動削除することもできます。
第9条（お子様のプライバシー）
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としておらず、意図的に13歳未満のお子様の個人情報を収集することはありません。13歳未満のお子様は保護者の同意のもとでのみ本アプリを使用してください。
第10条（ポリシーの変更）
本ポリシーを変更する場合、本アプリ内または開発者が指定する方法で事前に通知します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデート時に通知を行います。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用した場合、変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

Kanso Privacy Policy
Article 1 (Introduction)
Yutaro Kawahara (the "Developer") deeply respects the privacy of users of the iOS application "Kanso" (the "App"). This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains what information the App collects, uses, stores, and shares.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Policy.
Article 2 (Information Collected)
2-1. User-Entered Data
The App collects and stores the following data entered directly by the user.

The Developer does not directly access any of this data. All data is stored exclusively on the user's device or in the user's own iCloud account.
2-2. App Settings Data
The App stores the following settings required for its operation in the device's UserDefaults.
- Daily reset time and working hours settings
- Display theme (Rock Garden, Bonsai, Sakura)
- Week start day setting
- Display language setting
These settings are stored only on the device and are never collected by the Developer.
2-3. Data Collected by the Developer
The App does not incorporate any third-party SDKs such as crash reporting tools, advertising SDKs, or analytics tools. The Developer does not collect any user behavioral data or personal information.
Article 3 (System Permissions Requested)
The App requests the following permissions from the user. A confirmation dialog is shown the first time each feature is used, allowing the user to grant or deny permission.
3-1. Microphone (as needed)
- Purpose: Voice input for Mind Dump
- Data accessed: Audio recording data
- Storage / processing: Recordings are converted to text in real time using Apple's speech recognition service (SFSpeechRecognizer). Only the converted text is stored on the device.
- If denied: Only text input is available. All other app features remain accessible.
3-2. Speech Recognition (as needed)
- Purpose: Converting microphone audio to text
- Data accessed: Recorded audio data
- Processing: Apple's SFSpeechRecognizer may process audio via Apple's servers. Apple's handling of audio data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
- If denied: Voice input is unavailable. Text input remains accessible.
3-3. Calendar Full Access (as needed)
- Purpose: Registering MITs (Most Important Tasks) as focus time blocks in the device's Calendar app
- Data accessed: Reading calendar availability to find free slots, and writing events
- Storage: The device's Calendar app (iCloud, Google, or whichever calendar service the user has configured)
- Sent to Developer: None
- If denied: Calendar integration is unavailable. All other features remain accessible.
3-4. Notifications (as needed)
- Purpose: Local notifications such as follow-up reminders for delegated tasks
- Data transmitted: Notifications are generated locally on the device only. Nothing is sent to the Developer's servers.
- If denied: Reminder notifications will not be delivered. All other features remain accessible.
Article 4 (iCloud Sync and Data Storage)
4-1. iCloud Sync
The App uses Apple's CloudKit (SwiftData) to sync data across devices signed in with the same Apple ID.

4-2. Local Storage
If iCloud sync is not used, all data is stored exclusively within the user's device (App Group container).
4-3. Apple's Privacy Policy
Data stored via iCloud is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details.
Article 5 (Purpose of Use)
Data collected by the App is used solely for the following purposes:
- To provide in-app features (task management, timer, journal, etc.)
- To sync data across devices (via iCloud)
- To display data in widgets (via App Group)
Data is never used for marketing, advertising, or sale to third parties.
Article 6 (Sharing with Third Parties)
The Developer does not sell, lend, or share user personal information with third parties. The following data interactions with Apple may occur:

All of the above interactions are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. The Developer has no access to user data in connection with these processes.
Article 7 (Billing Information)
Purchase and management of the Pro Plan are handled through the Apple App Store. Payment information such as credit card numbers is managed by Apple and is never shared with the Developer.
Article 8 (Data Retention and Deletion)

Users can also manually delete data within the app.
Article 9 (Children's Privacy)
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and the Developer does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. Children under 13 should use this App only with parental consent.
Article 10 (Changes to This Policy)
If this Policy is updated, users will be notified in advance through the App or by other means designated by the Developer. For significant changes, a notification will be provided with the app update. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
