reportaproblem.apple.com(「問題を報告する」)に、ご購入時と同じ Apple Account でサインインしてお申し込みください。
Q. Apple Pencil

FAQ
Q. Is a card kept anywhere after I let it go?
No. Once you let a card go, nothing remains on your device. If you want to keep one, save it as an image or share it before letting go. With the one-time purchase “Koyomi,” every card you let go after purchase is kept automatically in a calendar on your device.
Q. Does the app delete my original photo?
No. Your photo library is never modified. The app only works with an imported copy.
Q. Are my photos or words sent anywhere?
No. Everything is processed and stored on your device only. There is no account to create and no analytics of any kind.
Q. Can I move my Koyomi cards to a new device?
Unfortunately no. The images live only on the device that made them, so they do not transfer. Your purchase itself can be restored with “Restore Purchase,” found on the Koyomi screen or in Settings (same Apple Account required). We recommend sharing any card you truly want to keep so a copy lives in your photo library.
Q. What does the “Koyomi” purchase unlock?
Cards you let go after purchase stay in a calendar on your device so you can look back at them. You can also fill in past days after the fact, hide the date in the lower-right of a card, and choose from four watercolor washi papers (Blossom, Mist, Leaf, Wisteria). It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Q. How do I cancel a purchase or request a refund?
All in-app purchase refunds are handled by Apple. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com (“Report a Problem”) with the Apple Account used for the purchase and submit your request. Apple decides whether a refund is granted; we are not able to process one on your behalf.
Q. If I get a refund, do my saved cards disappear?
No. Saved images stay on your device; only viewing is closed off. Purchasing again restores access to them exactly as they were.
Q. I'm not getting notifications.
Notifications are off by default. Turn on “Notifications” from the gear icon in the app. If they still don't arrive, check iOS Settings → Notifications → KansoMinimal.
Q. How do I switch the language?
Open “Language” in the app's settings. It takes you to the iOS per-app language setting, where you can choose the language for this app alone. The app restarts to apply it.
Q. Can I draw with Apple Pencil?
Yes. On iPad, tap “Canvas” in the compose screen to draw freely, directly on the paper. Line width follows pressure, and quick strokes break into dry-brush marks. Once Apple Pencil is used, finger touches are ignored so you can rest your hand.
