第1条（はじめに）
Yutaro Kawahara（以下「開発者」）は、アプリケーション「Kanso - Canvas」（以下「本アプリ」）のユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、本アプリが扱う情報と、その保存場所・利用目的を説明するものです。
本アプリは、開発者のサーバーへユーザーの情報を送信しません。広告、アクセス解析、クラッシュレポート等の外部SDKも組み込んでいません。
第2条（本アプリが扱う情報）
2-1. ユーザーが作成・追加するコンテンツ

これらは端末内に保存されます。ユーザーがiCloud同期をオンにした場合に限り、ユーザー自身のiCloudにも保存されます（第5条）。開発者がこれらの内容を閲覧・取得することはありません。
2-2. 画像の取り扱い
- 画像は、写真ピッカー、ファイルの選択、貼り付け、他のアプリからの共有で追加できます。
- 画像は表示用に描き直してから保存します。撮影場所（位置情報）、撮影機器、撮影日時などのメタデータは保存しません。
2-3. 設定
表示言語、付箋の高さ、日時の表示、iCloud同期のオン・オフ等の設定は、端末内にのみ保存されます。
2-4. 開発者が収集する情報
開発者は、利用状況、端末の識別子、位置情報、連絡先等を含め、ユーザーの情報を一切収集しません。
第3条（端末の権限）
本アプリは、写真ライブラリ、カメラ、マイク、位置情報、連絡先、カレンダー、通知へのアクセス許可を求めません。
- 写真： システムの写真ピッカーを使うため、ユーザーが選んだ画像だけを受け取ります。写真ライブラリ全体にはアクセスしません。
- クリップボード： ユーザーが「ペースト」を押したときだけ、画像を読み取ります。
第4条（他のアプリとの連携）
4-1. 他のアプリから取り込む
- 他のアプリの共有メニューから、文章、Webのリンク1件、画像1枚を本アプリへ送れます。
- 受け取った内容は、本アプリへ取り込むまで端末内の共有領域（App Groupコンテナ）に一時保存され、取り込みを保存した後に削除されます。
- 送り先を選べるように、キャンバスとコルクボードの名前の一覧も、端末内の共有領域に保存します。
- リンクを受け取ったとき（画像が含まれていない場合）は、付箋に表示するプレビュー画像を取得するため、本アプリがリンク先のWebページとその画像を読み込みます。これは通常のWebページの閲覧と同じく、リンク先のサービス（Instagram、TikTok、YouTubeなど）に端末のIPアドレス等が伝わります。取得した画像は、位置情報などのメタデータを含まない形で付箋の画像として保存します。共有画面で「画像を付けない」を選ぶと取得を中止できます。
4-2. 本アプリから送る・書き出す
- PNG・PDFの書き出し、バックアップファイルの保存、「Zen Focusへ送る」は、ユーザーが操作したときだけ行われます。
- 付箋のリンクやその画像をタップすると、リンク先をブラウザや対応するアプリで開きます。
- 送信先や保存先での取り扱いは、各アプリ・サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
第5条（iCloud同期）

- 同期を安全に行うため、以前の版のデータがiCloudに残る場合があります。
- 同期をオフにしても、iCloudのデータは自動では削除されません。iCloudのストレージ管理から削除できます。
- iCloudに保存されたデータには、Appleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
第6条（利用目的）
本アプリが扱う情報は、以下の目的にのみ使用されます。
- キャンバスや付箋などの機能を提供するため
- ユーザーが選んだ場合に、端末間でコンテンツを同期するため
- ユーザーの操作に応じて、他のアプリとの共有や書き出しを行うため
- 共有されたリンクのプレビュー画像を付箋に表示するため
広告、マーケティング、第三者への販売に使用することはありません。
第7条（第三者への提供）
開発者は、ユーザーの情報を第三者に販売・貸与・共有しません。本アプリの利用にあたり、以下のサービスとの通信が発生します。

第8条（課金情報）
有料機能の購入はApp Storeを通じて行われます。本アプリは、Appleが提供する購入情報を端末上で検証し、有料機能の利用可否を確認します。開発者のサーバーへ購入情報を送信することはありません。クレジットカード番号等の支払い情報はAppleが管理し、開発者に共有されることはありません。
第9条（データの保持と削除）

第10条（お子様のプライバシー）
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としておらず、13歳未満のお子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。13歳未満のお子様は、保護者の同意のもとで本アプリを使用してください。
第11条（ポリシーの変更）
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本アプリ内または開発者が指定する方法でお知らせします。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用した場合、変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

Article 1 (Introduction)
Yutaro Kawahara (the "Developer") respects the privacy of users of the application "Kanso - Canvas" (the "App"). This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains the information the App handles, where it is stored, and why.
The App does not send User information to the Developer's servers. It does not include any third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or the like.
Article 2 (Information the App Handles)
2-1. Content Created or Added by the User

This Content is stored on the device, and in the User's own iCloud only if the User turns on iCloud Sync (Article 5). The Developer never views or obtains this Content.
2-2. Images
- Images can be added with the photo picker, by choosing a file, by pasting, or by sharing from another app.
- Images are redrawn before they are saved. Metadata such as the location where a photo was taken, the camera, and the capture time is not stored.
2-3. Settings
Settings such as the display language, sticky height, timestamp display, and whether iCloud Sync is on are stored only on the device.
2-4. Information Collected by the Developer
The Developer does not collect any User information, including usage data, device identifiers, location, or contacts.
Article 3 (Device Permissions)
The App does not request access to the photo library, camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendars, or notifications.
- Photos: The App uses the system photo picker and receives only the images the User selects. It does not access the whole photo library.
- Clipboard: The App reads an image only when the User taps "Paste".
Article 4 (Working with Other Apps)
4-1. Importing from Other Apps
- Text, one web link, or one image can be sent to the App from another app's share menu.
- Received items are kept temporarily in a shared area on the device (the App Group container) until they are imported, and are deleted once the import has been saved.
- To let the User choose a destination, a list of canvas and cork board names is also stored in that shared area on the device.
- When a link arrives without an image, the App loads the linked web page and its image to show a preview image on the sticky. As with visiting any web page, the linked service (such as Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube) receives the device's IP address and similar information. The image is saved on the sticky without metadata such as location. Choosing “Don’t add image” on the share screen stops this.
4-2. Sending and Exporting from the App
- Exporting PNG or PDF files, saving backup files, and "Send to Zen Focus" happen only when the User chooses to do so.
- Tapping a link on a sticky, or its image, opens it in a browser or the corresponding app.
- Handling at the destination is subject to the privacy policy of each app or service.
Article 5 (iCloud Sync)

- To keep sync safe, earlier versions of the data may remain in iCloud.
- Turning sync off does not automatically delete data in iCloud. It can be deleted from iCloud storage management.
- Data stored in iCloud is subject to Apple's privacy policy.
Article 6 (Purpose of Use)
Information handled by the App is used only to:
- Provide features such as canvases and stickies
- Sync Content across devices when the User chooses to
- Share with other apps or export files when the User asks
- Show a preview image for links shared to the App
It is never used for advertising, marketing, or sale to third parties.
Article 7 (Provision to Third Parties)
The Developer does not sell, lend, or share User information with third parties. Using the App may involve communication with the following services:

Article 8 (Billing Information)
Purchases of Paid Features are made through the App Store. The App verifies purchase information provided by Apple on the device to determine access to Paid Features. Purchase information is not sent to a Developer server. Payment information such as credit card numbers is managed by Apple and is never shared with the Developer.
Article 9 (Data Retention and Deletion)

Article 10 (Children's Privacy)
The App is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Children under 13 should use the App only with the consent of a guardian.
Article 11 (Changes to This Policy)
If this Policy changes, notice will be given within the App or by a method designated by the Developer. If you continue to use the App after the change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Policy.
